Advanced Program Design
Channels
Use Channels to synchronize data across programs and projects and create a hierarchy of relations between the two.
Connections
Use Connections to integrate access to custom web services with Web Connectors (formerly called Standard Web Adapters).
Content Library
Use PowerClerk’s new Content Library to keep embedded images and attachments for Communication Templates and content for the Front Page organized in one place.
Curated Lists
PowerClerk’s built-in DER form elements are backed by curated Lists like the CEC’s PV equipment list and the energy storage equipment lists. These lists allow Administrators to reduce data entry errors so that analysis can be replicated consistently and accurately across all projects in their programs. Comprehensive Global Lists, like the Electric Vehicle and Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment lists, offer a breadth of specification details and flexibility. Program Administrators can select which data fields to use without having to research and track these aspects themselves.
Document Templates
PowerClerk offers document generation functionality. Generated documents may be defined to be available conditionally based on application data, similar to electronic attachments.
Formulas
The Formulas feature has been designed to enable math to be performed in Forms automatically by PowerClerk using references to Data Fields and constants. An intuitive drag-and-drop Formula editor is used to configure Formulas.
Front Page
Each program in PowerClerk includes a custom URL (agencyname.powerclerk.com) and custom content shown on the front (login) page at that URL.
Incentive Design
Create incentives to support programs that deliver payouts to applicants.
Single Sign On (SSO)
SSO streamlines your utility customer experience and allows program users to use login credentials for PowerClerk, that were already created for other SSO utility services, for example to pay their monthly bill.
PowerClerk API
Minimize processing overhead and unlock the value of your data with programmatic access to PowerClerk.
