Program Statistics
Use Program Statistics to track progress and report on program usage numbers, giving visibility to your team, your managers or applicants.
Questions to ask yourself about Program Statistics:
Does my program run as expected or do we encounter a bottleneck in a particular status?
How can I export data about the number of projects in each Workflow status?Who in my organization would benefit from seeing regular reports of program efficacy?
Locating the Program Statistics feature
Anyone in a Role with the View Shared Reports privilege can access the Program Statistics feature by opening the ADMIN menu and clicking on Program Statistics:
How to use Program Statistics
The Program Statistics feature of PowerClerk allows you to visualize all your projects categorized by their current status. This overview can help you identify process backlogs, especially if an unexpected amount of projects are stuck in a particular status. Program Statistics can also help indicate an issue within your Workflow administration. To capture and share Program Statistics, export the information as shown in Figure 2 below:
